RapidDetector™
RT-IPATM Green-based Test Kit:
Like the IPATM Green, RT-IPATM can be used with PCR primers for RNA amplification and detection using RapidDetectorTM. Also, the protocol follows the same pattern as IPATM Green for DNA amplification.
The RapidDetector™ is a compact and highly sensitive fluorescence device designed for portability and ease of use. Weighing just 320 grams, it features dimensions of 146 mm (14.6 cm) in length, 80 mm (8.0 cm) in width, and 61.5 mm (6.2 cm) in height—small enough to fit comfortably in the palm of your hand.
This fluorescence-based mini-device provides a simple indication of nucleic acid amplification, making it ideal for quick detection and analysis, especially when used in conjunction with any of our IPATM products.
After maintaining a constant temperature of 42 °C for 20 minutes, the device displays a clear result: “+” (positive) indicates the presence of the target, while “–” (negative) confirms its absence.
