This product is an optimized formulation of IPATM for amplification of disease target using PCR primers. This system is designed to provide a fast amplification in 20 minutes when combined with RapidDetectorTM. You only need to add PCR primers and DNA template.
For RNA template amplification and detection
RapidDetector™
RT-IPATM Green-based product:
Like the IPATM Green, RT-IPATM can be used with PCR primers for RNA amplification and detection using RapidDetectorTM. Also, the protocol follows the same pattern as IPATM Green for DNA amplification.
The RapidDetector™ is a fluorescence mini-device of 320 grams weight and highly sensitive. This mini-device is very portable and highly sensitive. It weighs 320 grams and dimensions of Length; 146 MM (14.6 CM), Width;80 MM (8.0 CM), Height; 61.5 MM (6.2 CM). This means, RapidDetectorTM can sits on your palm conveniently and comfortably! It is a flourescence device. A simple indication of amplification for easy detection and analysis when combined with any of our IPATM products. Device output is + (plus sign as positive for the target) or – (minus sign as negative for the target) at the end of continuous temperature of 42 oC for 20 minutes.
