IsoBiotech is an emerging Australian based diagnostic technology manufacturing company. We have over fifteen years of experience developing both customised and routine diagnostic assays using nucleic acid amplification technologies like PCR and isothermal amplification technologies like LAMP and RPA.
Using our experience in the diagnostic field, we identified the gaps in existing amplification technologies and innovatively designed and developed an uncommon and unique molecular detection platform called Isothermal PCR Amplification (IPA™). This technology is an ultra-rapid innovation that enables near-patient/field testing for infectious disease or genetic indications.
This means that you can design and screened PCR primers to amplify your disease/genetic target using our IPA™ technology. You can also use your existing PCR forward and reverse primers.
Alternatively, you can use already published PCR primers. You only need to add your primers and sample/template to IPA™ master mix and incubate on our RapidDetector™ for the results to be displayed as either positive or negative in 20 minutes.
